The breakfasts are great with attentive staff. the location is fabulous, just off the Cathedral and close to many excellent restaurants. It's right on the main pedestrian street in the new town and near the restaurants and Ibla area. It's also centrally located in Ragusa.

I enjoyed its nice and splendid rooms.

The service was nice in my opinion.

The breakfast is savoury and plentiful, includes cereals, pastries, fruit, and scrambled eggs. The location is beautiful, 5 minutes' walk to ragusa ibla Botanical Garden.

Nothing for me!

The attention to detail is impeccable, with your favorite newspaper delivered to your room daily. this hotel offers great value for money and is a perfect choice for those looking for a memorable stay in this city.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

The staff was incredible - charming helpful and attentive. I had left my computer cable and they arranged for its return to me back in Roma. But aside from that they saw to our every need while we were guests in their hotel. The hotel itself is elegant and would be perfect for a romantic weekend. Breakfast was a feast and they had the best bacon and eggs I've had during my four years in Italy.

Unfortunately it is a fair distance from Ragusa Ibla which is the location of the main sights in the city. Also the dinner in the restaurant was over priced for what was offered - though again service was attentive if slow because of a poor physical set up. But the major draw back was a design one - the room was lovely - a tasteful mixture of traditional and contemporary however there was no drawer space - only a hanging closet. It may be that the designers tried a bit too hard for an air of elegance that wasn't quite practical.

The location and the hotel are fantastic. Our suite was truly nice, spacious, charming, well decorated and silent at night. However the beauty of our suite did not prepare us to the rest of the hotel! Spectacular rooms decorated in baroque style. Each room was different and filled with charm. We did not have the chance of dining there but bfast was really good! Freashly baked cakes and really good local pastry! My wife is a pastry chef and this bfast had her happy! That rarely happens! Thumbs up!

Spa needs early booking!

location: the hotel was close enough to the center of ragusa, which requires going down-and-up winding roads and the cathedral and many great restaurants. everything was very good, and the breakfast was savoury with an attentive waitstaff. the personnel was attentive and patient.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming boutique hotel in Italy. The hotel's attention to detail was truly impressive, from the beautifully decorated rooms to the superb terrace with its breathtaking views. The rooms themselves were cozy and comfortable, with a huge bed that ensured a great night's sleep. And the breakfast was a real treat, with a waitstaff that was attentive and friendly, offering a variety of delicious ingredients displayed on different tables. All of this was included in the price, making it an incredible value for money.

Food, breakfasr was fine. Dinner we tried only once not good and exspensive, needs a rethink in an area with such fantastic food and raw materials to work with it was just not good enough.

During my recent stay in Ragusa, I had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel nestled in an old stone building. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From the warm welcome upon arrival to their attentive assistance throughout my stay, their genuine friendliness and helpfulness made a lasting impression.

Although the Wi-Fi was a bit quirky, it did serve its purpose and allowed me to stay connected when needed. Considering the unique charm of the old stone building, I didn't find this to be a major inconvenience.

Staff was extraordinarily helpfu a d friendly....especially Ignazzio and Fredrica who went out of their way to be gracious.
